Legal Requirement
Under UK law, all properties listed for sale must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). You must provide one within 28 days of your property going live. Failure to do so can result in a fine of up to £200.
What is an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate rates your property's energy efficiency on a scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It includes recommendations for improving energy efficiency and estimated energy costs.
EPCs are valid for 10 years. If your property already has a valid EPC on the national register, you can upload it directly — no need to order a new one.

An accredited assessor visits your property
A fully accredited domestic energy assessor will visit your property at a time that suits you and carry out the assessment. This typically takes 45–60 minutes.
Your EPC is uploaded to your listing
Once the assessment is complete and the certificate is issued, we upload it directly to your Listing Co. profile and update your compliance status.
£75 All-In
Our fixed fee of £75 covers the full EPC assessment by an accredited assessor and upload to your listing.
